REFUND POLICY
At DraftWRX, we create digital products, AutoCAD templates, drafting tools, and downloadable resources designed to improve your drafting workflow.
Please review this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All DraftWRX products are digital products delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided after purchase, purchases are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once the digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, except where required by applicable law.
We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, software compatibility, system requirements, and included features before completing your purchase.
DOWNLOAD OR ACCESS ISSUES
If you experience an issue accessing or downloading your purchased files, please contact us at draftwrx.hq@gmail.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to help restore access to your purchased product.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT DIGITAL FILES
If you receive an incorrect file or believe a digital product is defective or materially different from its product description, please contact us as soon as possible at draftwrx.hq@gmail.com.
Please include your order details and a clear description of the issue.
We will review the matter and, where appropriate, provide technical assistance, replacement files, an updated file, or a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing the listed software compatibility and system requirements before purchasing a DraftWRX product.
DraftWRX cannot guarantee compatibility with software versions, third-party applications, modified installations, or systems that are not specifically listed as supported on the product page.
A customer's failure to meet the stated software or system requirements does not automatically qualify for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
CHANGE OF MIND
Because DraftWRX products are digital and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once access to the digital product has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
DUPLICATE PURCHASES
If you accidentally purchase the same DraftWRX product more than once, please contact us at draftwrx.hq@gmail.com.
Once verified, we may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
Where applicable, customers in the European Union may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain online purchases.
For digital content supplied electronically, this right may be lost once the supply or download of the digital content begins, where the customer has provided the required prior consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for an approved refund to be processed. Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may require additional processing time.
